For most of my career, I've been performing a delicate balancing act between my fine art —the work I do strictly because I love it—and my
'other stuff'—work I also love, but create primarily to turn a buck.
Jettboy Artstuff is a showcase for everything I do that isn't fine art.
In my 40-something years on the planet, I've done hundreds, maybe even thousands, of creative projects in every conceivable media. I've
sculpted and carved wood, and stone, and foam. I've crafted jewelry from metal and precious stones. I've shot some gorgeous portraits. I've painted on motorcycles, helmets, cars, signs, murals, furniture, pinball
machines, textiles, human faces and human bodies. I've designed web pages, T-shirt graphics, corporate identity packages, mascots, logos, cartoons, outdoor playscapes, conceptual products, and tattoos (although
actually doing tattoos is a skill I've never had the dedication to master).
There isn't much I won't do, or haven't done, if the project interests me and the money's right. Let's face it; I'm an Art Whore (although I
prefer to think of myself as an upscale, uptown, pricey Art 'Gentleman of Pleasure').
If you need a mural in your kitchen or your kid's room, a large scale foam sculpted tiki for your garden, a hand-painted sign for your pub, a
one-of-a-kind tattoo, a family crest, a logo for your company, or… anything you can imagine, don't hesitate to drop me a line.
